About Park Place Phase 3

Park Place Phase 3 is the next release in CountryGreen Homes' Park Place community in Waterdown, part of the City of Hamilton. It follows earlier Park Place phases, so you're buying into a neighbourhood that is already taking shape rather than an empty field.

This phase offers two townhome styles: back-to-back towns, starting from the $500s, and traditional townhomes. The builder describes the community as modern architecture with functional, practical layouts and everyday convenience close by.

The project is in its pre-registration stage. Floor plans, the full price list, the deposit structure and the launch date have not been released yet. Registered buyers get them first.
