The few freehold town releases left in the city start around $1M and up. Platinum-access buyers see first-release pricing and incentives, which are typically the best of the cycle.

For a family home, resale is usually the answer — Mississauga's freehold stock is largely built out and resale gives you a real house in 60–90 days. For a condo or investment, pre-construction can lock pricing on LRT-connected buildings with a staged deposit. We run both scenarios for every client before recommending either.
